5.1 Acceptable Use

6. Job Listings and CV Access

For Employers:

  • Employers must not resell or repurpose CV data or contact candidates inappropriately.

For Job Seekers:

  • You confirm all submitted details are accurate.

  • You consent to your profile and CV being viewed by employers.

  • You must not use the site to submit fraudulent or irrelevant applications.


7. Billing and Payment

We offer several pricing models for job posts, CV access, and other services:

7.1 One-Off Payments:

  • Single job adverts and CV downloads are available as individual purchases.

  • Payment must be made in full before the listing goes live or access is granted.

7.2 Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Employers can subscribe to a monthly plan, which may include a fixed number of job posts, CV views, or other services.

  • Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

7.3 Credit-Based System:

  • Employers can purchase credits in advance, which can be used against services (e.g., 1 credit = 1 job post or 5 CV views).

  • Credits are valid for [e.g. 12 months] from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

7.4 Member Discounts:

  • Registered members (e.g. those paying an annual membership or part of an affiliate programme) may receive discounted rates on services.
