? Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Employer Clients

Effective Date: 08/06/2025

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

(1) [Employer Name], the Data Controller (“Controller”);
(2) The Security Jobs Board, operated by [Company Name], a UK-based Data Processor (“Processor”).

This DPA forms part of the Terms of Use between the parties and governs the processing of personal data under the UK GDPR.

This Agreement sets out the terms for the processing of candidate data by the Processor on behalf of the Controller while using the services of The Security Jobs Board. The Agreement remains in effect for as long as the Controller uses our services.

This DPA automatically terminates when the Controller no longer uses the Processor’s services and all personal data is deleted or returned.

This DPA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
