Sales Manager | London | £80,000 + £30,000 bonus + Incentives + Car Allowance + Benefits

Lead a team of 7 in a well-established fire business. With a £12M target, you’ll be responsible for growing revenue, developing key accounts, and motivating your team to hit ambitious goals. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coach a high performing sales team of seven
  • Deliver and exceed a 12M target
  • Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs in line with business goals
  • Drive new business and grow key accounts
  • Forecast, report and manage the full sales pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and internal departments
Requirements:
  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong track record in hitting targets
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fire industry background preferred
