Business Development Manager (Electronic Security) | Amsterdam

Are you a driven business developer with a background in electronic security? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the Dutch market, identifying new opportunities, winning new customers, and expanding our presence.

This is a true new business role, ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning prospects into long-term clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive new business development and secure new customer accounts across the Netherlands.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within commercial and enterprise markets.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and end users.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract award.
  • Work alongside technical teams to design security solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed new business targets.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in new business sales within the electronic security industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
  • Previous hands-on experience in installation, service, or commissioning, giving you the credibility to engage with customers on technical solutions.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for winning new business.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
