Company Overview

A well-established specialist contractor delivering technical building services solutions across residential and commercial developments. The business is known for its high-quality project delivery, collaborative culture, and commitment to safety, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Role Summary

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of specialist ventilation or building services projects from design handover through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of projects from design handover through to successful completion
Review and adopt technical designs, ensuring smooth transition into delivery phase
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure all project activities align with client requirements and regulatory standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and key stakeholders
Oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards
Monitor progress against programme, adjusting schedules and resources where required
Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery
Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders and support procurement processes
Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Key Requirements / Skills

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, HVAC, or related sectors
Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexibly when required
