Midlands Business Development Manager - Access Control | Up to £48,000 basic | Remote

An established Access Control manufacturer is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support its continued growth journey.

The Role

• Generate new business opportunities across the security sector 
• Build relationships with installers and integrators 
• Open new accounts and develop existing opportunities 
• Promote Access Control solutions across the Midlands and UK 
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close 
• Remote role with no office requirement 

• Proven BDM/sales experience within electronic security 
• Strong Access Control product knowledge 
• Experience selling to installers/integrators 
• Commercially focused and self-motivated 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Midlands-based essential 

• £40,000 – £48,000 basic salary 
• Uncapped commission 
• Company car 
• Fully remote role
