An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to join a growing Fire & Security business based in Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in their career within a thriving and fast-paced industry.

The company specialises in the design and installation of Fire & Security solutions for both residential and commercial clients across the UK, including CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Data Cabling, and Gate & Door Automation.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and the drive to develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings and site surveys
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
  • Deliver consultative solutions based on customer requirements
  • Represent the business professionally within the market

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience within a sales role, ideally B2B or consultative sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to commute to Worcestershire

Previous Fire & Security industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product training and ongoing support will be provided.
