The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing and well-established business within the construction sector who are looking to add a highly organised Administrative & Accounts Assistant to their UK team.

The Role
In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting both operational and financial processes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key duties include:

Preparing and submitting payment applications in line with project deadlines

Providing day-to-day administrative support (documents, scheduling, correspondence)

Assisting with accounts tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking

Managing component and stock ordering
-
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries
-
Maintaining accurate and organised filing systems (digital and physical)
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks.
You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience in an administrative and/or accounts role
-
Experience within the construction industry (preferred)
-
Knowledge of payment applications or project documentation (advantageous)

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Structured working hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
