The role
The BSIA is recruiting a Training & Schemes Manager to lead the growth and commercial success of the BSIA Learning Hub and flagship industry schemes, including CySPAG, FASQUAL, and the BSIA Security Jobs Board.
This is a high impact role focused on turning standards and best practice into CPD accredited learning, driving scheme adoption, and delivering measurable value to members and sustainable revenues to the Association.
What you’ll do
Own and grow the BSIA Learning Hub (On Demand, Webinars, Library)
Launch and scale CPD accredited courses and webinars
Drive uptake of BSIA schemes through targeted campaigns and partnerships
Manage learning platforms, partners, and performance against KPIs
Translate complex standards into practical, market ready learning and propositions.
About you
Proven experience managing learning portfolios or industry schemes with commercial targets
Strong background in CPD, webinars, LMS/LMP platforms, or B2B go to market delivery
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to turn policy and standards into clear value propositions
Knowledge of the UK security sector, standards, or vetting frameworks is highly desirable.
The offer
£35k + bonus
A 12 month contract, with a clear pathway to permanent role based on results
A hybrid role with office based with some travel across the UK security industry.
