Senior Service Engineer – Electronic Security Systems?? Field-based | London & South?? £40,000 – £50,000 basic DOE + strong package

We’re working with a growing electronic security business looking for a Senior Service Engineer to join their service team, covering London and the South.

The role:You’ll be responsible for reactive fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance on electronic security systems, ensuring SLAs are met and clients receive a high level of service. You’ll also provide technical support to customers and play a key role within the service team, with scope to mentor engineers as the business grows.

Key responsibilities:

• Reactive service and fault diagnosis

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Maintaining CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems

• Customer support and technical advice

• Accurate service reporting

• On-call rota (1 in 4 – minimal callouts)

Experience required:

• Proven service and maintenance experience on security systems

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience with enterprise platforms (LenelS2, Gallagher, C-Cure)

• IP-based systems and networking knowledge

• Professional, customer-focused approach

Package highlights:

• £40k–£50k basic salary DOE

• On-call: £200 per week (1 in 4)
