Service Department Manager
We are looking for someone to run a busy service desk/department within Integrated Security Systems, to be based from our clients' office in West London.
Although this is a management role, you will be expected to be involved in all aspects of the department (getting stuck in), so it's a very hands-on position.
Ideally you will already have industry experience, at Managerial level from a similar position but if you feel you tick most of the boxes, please do apply.
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- To be extremely organised
- Preferably a Security background
- To have run a service desk before
- A confident and pragmatic approach
You will be managing a team of 4 Service Administrators and anywhere between 6-12 Engineers.
Part of your role will be to co-ordinate the Engineers, manage their diaries in line with customer requirements and SLA's etc.
Package:
£40K - £45K DOE plus benefits
