Are you a hands-on IT infrastructure expert who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join our dynamic team as an EMEA Infrastructure Field Engineer and play a key role in building and maintaining the backbone of our global office and data center infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
What You’ll Be Doing

Act as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure operations across our EMEA offices.

Monitor, action, and document network alerts and outages.

Manage vendor relationships (ISPs, supply chain, integration partners) and ensure SLA compliance.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Workplace Experience, Security, and AV for smooth project execution.

Document processes, create SOPs, and provide knowledge-sharing to operational teams.

Maintain accurate inventories and coordinate hardware replacements or upgrades.

Keep infrastructure documentation up to date using tools like Google Drive and Jira.
What You Bring
-
3–5 years’ experience in a similar IT infrastructure or field engineering role.

Hands-on experience with structured cabling (Cat5E, Cat6, Cat6A), optical fiber, and data center deployments.

Familiarity with UPS systems (e.g., Eaton).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.

Experience creating SOPs and maintaining “as-built” documentation.

Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across time zones.
